Estimates and Pricing

  • Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Any changes to the scope of work after the project begins will be discussed with you and documented in a written change order before additional work proceeds.

Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract and typically include a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments at agreed-upon milestones, and final payment upon project completion.
  • We accept payment by check, cash, credit card, and financing through approved lending partners.
  • Late payments may be subject to a service charge as specified in the project contract.
  • Work may be suspended if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.

Warranty

Water & Stone Bathroom Remodeling stands behind the quality of our work:

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a workmanship warranty on all labor performed, as specified in your project contract. This covers defects in installation and craftsmanship.
  • Materials: Materials used in your project are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will provide documentation for all applicable manufacturer warranties upon project completion.
  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, material shortages, permit delays, or other force majeure events.
